What data we process and why

This site does not use cookies or visitor tracking. Our web analytics tool is self-hosted and cookieless (Umami): it measures visits in an aggregated way, without keeping visitor identifiers. If you write to us (through the contact form or by email) we will process the data you send (name, email address, organization if you give it, and the content of your message) only to answer your inquiry and keep the communication you request.

Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent when you send the form (article 6.1.a of the GDPR), the application of pre-contract measures at your request, and our legitimate interest in answering your inquiry (articles 6.1.b and 6.1.f of the GDPR).

Retention and recipients

We keep your data for as long as needed to answer your inquiry and, if it applies, the later relationship. We do not share data with third parties and we do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. The form is processed on T3 AISAT's own infrastructure hosted in the European Union, and our email provider hosts the mail inside the EEA.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to website-t3aisat@t3imasd.eu. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
